Terms of Services
GENERAL
● This were outlines the general terms and conditions the provision of illustration services by Nate Abe. By engaging my services, clients agree to adhere to these terms!PAYMENTS
● Payment method for now were limited for international client (wise/paypal)
client expected to pay 60% upon requesting, further then after client will make full payment after the sketch/first revision has been approved.
The client is responsible for any applicable taxes.REVISIONS
● Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number (Read-on service detail) may be subject to additional charges. Revisions requested must be within the boundary scope of the original project brief.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
● Timelines and deadline may be subject to change due to factors such as client feedback, unforeseen technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Clients will be notified regulary changes to project timelines or proress.USE
● Usage for profile photos, social media banners, and feeds is allowed.
Attribution to the artist is appreciated but optional.
● The final Product delivered by me are intended for the client's specified use as outlined in the project proposal or contract of uses service. Any additional use beyond the agreed-upon scope may require further negotiation and additional fees.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
● Use of the illustration for AI, NFTs, etc, is strictly prohibited.
● The artist reserves the right to post the commission and use it as a sample.
● The artist retains copyright over the commission.
● Private printing is permitted, provided it is not sold as merchandise.
● Use of the commission for YouTube banners, thumbnails, Twitch, etc., will incur a commercial commission charge.REFUNDS
● If I can't seem to finish the commission due to any circumstances, i'll refund you based on how far the progress is along with the uncompleted art (png and jpeg).
● No refunds when working on progress, after sketch (first payment), and for completed commissions.COMMUNICATION
● Please communicate via Discord @nabemonoe for eases, you can also chat via Vgen (depen on agreement)
● Effective communication is essential throughout the duration of the project. Clients are encouraged to provide clear and timely feedback to ensure the successful completion of the video editing project. I will maintain further communication via agreed-upon methods.
